off-topic: don't load things twice. also off-topic: you do not need to load xcolor or graphicx separately. and you might want \PassOptionsToPackage{dvipsnames}{xcolor} to avoid overriding the options (I think) tikz uses, but xcolor has code which may cope regardless these days. I'm not sure.
